VSWGA Fees:  Registration costs $15/player. Preliminary tee sheets can be viewed on this website in the Tee Sheet drop down menu.  The event info is listed below.  This info will also be sent via email by the Friday before the event.

Cancellations/Refunds: 

• There will be no refunds for cancellations after 7:00 a.m. the day before the State Day.
• If you cancel prior to 7:00 a.m. the day before the State Day, there will be a $5 refund per person cancelled.
• Remember, there are no full refunds, so be sure you and your friend can play the event before registering. 

Course and Cart Fees:

• Players must pay the course and cart fees directly to the club through the Pro Shop.
• Course fee is $25 per person. 
• Cart fee is $19.00 per person.  Cart fee is mandatory, and walking is NOT permitted. Golfers do NOT need to call the Golf Shop to reserve a cart. Two carts allowed per foursome, please.

 Other Info:

• Pace of Play is 4 hours 10 min. 
• There will be 2 Closest to the Pin Holes available, Hole #7 and Hole #16. 
• $10 Skins offered ($5 gross / $5 net).
• All golfers will play from the Red tees.
• Water is available in the proshop, but not on the course.Please plan accordingly.
